Return
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Revoluiton Watches website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Domestic customers that utilize a return shipping label provided by Revoluiton Watches will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.
Returns received after 30 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Revolution Watches and will be for store credit only.
Returned items which were purchased as gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.
WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact support@therevolutionwatches.com right away so we may replace it for you.
ITEMS ON SALES
All sale items on the surplus page are final sale. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges for these items,of course products still come with our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions please reach out to support@therevolutionwatches.com.
